ART STUDIO
It's foolish to forget how rare all of this is.

About
Housed in a historic mill that has long connected our community, our art studio continues that legacy by creating space for new stories to unfold. We welcome creators of every age and stage. From intimate private lessons and playful Mommy & Me sessions to lively group nights, seasonal workshops, and monthly skill‑building classes, we offer opportunities for everyone to explore, grow, and make something meaningful. Here, creativity isn’t just taught—it’s shared, celebrated, and woven into the fabric of our community.

My name is Amanda DiFranco
Born & raised in Coventry, I’ve built my life around creativity, community, and connection. After studying at Parsons School of Design in New York City and earning my BA in Art Education from Rhode Island College, I’ve spent the past 15 years teaching art to students from preschool through high school. As a mom of two teen boys in the Coventry district, I’m actively involved in local sports and deeply invested in the town’s sense of togetherness. Whether I’m guiding children through their first creative breakthroughs or encouraging adults to rediscover their artistic voice, my work is rooted in the belief that art strengthens community, builds confidence, and brings people closer.
