By booking and participating in classes, workshops, or events at The Art Den Art Studio, I acknowledge that art activities may involve the use of tools, materials, and equipment that carry a risk of injury, including but not limited to tufting guns, sharp tools, adhesives, and other art supplies.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless The Art Den Art Studio, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I understand that I am responsible for following all safety instructions provided by instructors and for using materials and equipment properly.

I acknowledge that I am physically able to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.

I grant permission for The Art Den Art Studio to use photographs or videos taken during classes for promotional purposes unless I notify the studio in writing prior to the event.
