DROP IN POLICY
**Drop‑in classes may be canceled up to 24 hours before the class time for a full reimbursement to your original payment method or to transfer your registration to a future class. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
PACKAGE POLICY
MONTHLY & AUTOMATIC
**If a student needs to miss a class, the instructor must be notified at least 24 hours in advance for the session to be eligible for transfer to a future class within the same billing cycle or the next available month, depending on space. No refunds will be issued for package purchases, and unused classes do not roll over beyond the allowed transfer window.
